Peter Bell
is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Harvard University. Previously he was the President of CARE USA, the Atlanta-based organization for international development and relief and the President of the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation in New York, a private foundation that seeks to improve conditions for people that are poor and disadvantaged.
He holds a B.A. in History at Yale College and a MD from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton.
Mr. Bell is Co-Chairman of the Joint Learning Initiative on children and HIV/AIDS and serves on various other boards.
